The SendSafely Preview All feature for Zendesk allows agents to move through multiple files in a package without having to close and reopen the preview window, making it faster to review customer-submitted content in the Zendesk Agent Workspace. Preview All is available to all users of the SendSafely Zendesk app, and opens by default when clicking on any preview-able file type (images, PDFs, Word documents and videos).

With Preview All, agents can:

• Open a preview and navigate through every file in the package
• Use on-screen left/right arrows or keyboard arrow keys
• Review files faster, with fewer steps

Preview All in Zendesk supports the same preview-friendly content types as our standard viewer:

• Images
• PDFs
• Videos
• Word (DOCX) 

If an agent encounters a file type that can’t be previewed (e.g., spreadsheets or log files), the app provides the option to download it securely instead.
